Phaze Demesnes to Close

Earlier this week, Second Life Newser found out the Phaze Demesnes sim was closing down. While we didn't have time to write about it then, we were able to take a short look during Christmas and time to pick up our pen while the place still had a few days left. While there are freebies available, is there anything else to attract people there? As it turns out, plenty.
