In 2007 and 2008, there were a number of examples of real life businesses looking to Second Life as a place to advertise. One such place was Silverscreen, where one could find movie sets of certain motion pictures, such as "Transformers" and "300," in addition to a few freebies of such movies available. Bixyl Shuftan found out about the place in May 2008, and wrote the following for Second Life Newspaper.
