Relay Weekend Conludes

Saturday June 8 and Sunday June 9, the main event of the Relay for Life's fundraising season, the Relay Weekend took place. Well over a thousand avatars walked the few dozen sims in what can only be called the most intense 24 hours of Second Life.

Yours truly covered a lot, and took many pictures. But it is now time to rest before more can be told.

Addition: As of this afternoon,  the various teams and events have raised a total of 58,661,846 Linden dollars, or $234,647 USD. This is not the final total, as there are a still a few weeks left in the fundraising season. So it's highly likely the goal of $250,000 will be reached.
