Safe Waters Foundation is a "Not for profit group supporting the development of harmony and safety for merfolk and aquatics of Second Life, Bringing together designers, retailers, sims, merrow, mermen, mermaids, siren, aquatics and lovers of same."
Grace (Graceswf Wrigglesworth) is the head and founder of the group, and can answer any questions one has about them.
