The event, organized in part by Frets Nirvana and assisted by Bri McMahon, was to raise money to keep homes over the homes of wounded veterans. It took place from 4PM to 9PM SL time (Midnight EST) in a building high above the sim.

Come on out and help us support our extremely injured veterans through Homes for Our Troops.  Remember the freedom we all have as a result of these sacrifices and support Homes For Our Troops.

DJ Jack Friller started things off at 4PM. At 5, Luna Phoenix took to the stage. Neomaximus had his turn at 6. At 7 it was Tone Uriza's turn to perform for the audience. Last but not least was Wolfie Starfire at 8PM.

As the musicians played their tunes, the crowd donated to two house-shaped kiosk on either side of the stage. On occasion, Frets would challenge the audience to donate a certain amount, promising to match it, "let's all pull together and give $60 to our extremely injured veterans  by adding 15000 linden to those kiosks in the next 15 minutes, and I will add another 5k when we do."

By the end of the event, a total of 106,240 Linden dollars had been raised.
