Reader Submitted Picture: Lots of Lion

From Huanita Wunderlich, whom after finding out the cartoon the Newser recently did about Club Lion's art exhibit opening party, sent is this picture of a scene in which more people were wearing the mask.

Cartoon of The Day: Feral And Anthro

Taken at Virtual Ability. So what would feral felines think of uplifted anthro counterparts? Considering how less successful humans think of those better off, probably not always complementary.

Cartoon of The Day: Caitian Question

Taken at Club Cutlass's Sci-Fi Night. Feline races in science fiction happen fairly often. And when Star Trek's animated series was done, it got one: The Caitians. But there seems to be some minor disagreement on what they looked like. One fanfic I came across, while showing the women as more or less like M'Ress as done by Filmation, the males looked lionlike, more muscular and with a mane. Perhaps it was just the fashion of that particular city. As for why M'Ress's feet were digigrade and Caitian's feet in the online game were plantigrade, that I don't have an answer for.

Cartoon of the Day: Lion King Revisited

Taken at the Roma Coliseum. Following a match between two lion avatars and a crocodile, one rezzed a toy of "Lion King" character Pumba the warthog. Well, at least if the hunt is bad, they can have bugs for dinner.
