Scenes From Thanksgiving 2015
Thanksgiving 2015 has come and gone, and people are getting into the Christmas (and Hanuka) season full swing. For those who missed the events then, yours truly took some pictures at happenings he was at on Turkey Day, and the following Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Weekend in Review
Quite a bit happened this weekend. From the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade Tribute to Kikas and Marmaduke's art event to the Roman Community festival to Aero Pines' Thanksgiving Day event, there was too much going on to cover it all so soon. We'll have more to say about them soon.

Announcement: "Life Seems To Be Normal" by Kikas Babenco and Marmaduke Arado
Kikas Babenco and Marmaduke Arado, known for their wacky performances, have a new one coming up: "Life Seems to be Normal."
"Of course, life seems normal, except when we stumbled upon the unexpected, then we rhyme us and we wonder about this so-called normality, but if you want answers you need to see with your own eyes why life is not so normal as it seems."

Cartoon of the Day
Kikas & Marmaduke are known for their funny routines. But when they leave a certain prop on their set lying around, that leaves them open to unintentional humor.

The Wearers
A few years ago, Gemma Cleanslate wrote about "The Wearers." Kikas Barbenco and Marmaduke Arado, partners in a romantic sense, were also a performing duo on stage. They had gotten their name from wearing most of the props used in their acts. Today, they're still performing, though their act is a bit different. Gemma went back to take a look at the stage artists.

While The Music Lasts
Kikas Barbenco and Marmaduke Arado invited me to the opening of another really fun filled opening at LEA 25, titled “You are the Music While the Music Lasts.” They colaborated in the building there with Eupalinos Ugajin and Simotron Aquila. I went to one about two months ago and had a wonderful time clicking everything in sight! One ends up within the art project itself by doing that.
In order to get to everything you are going around
and around on a planned route and objects are all there. If someone is using it
you will have to wait a bit but you can grab on to the next one. Many of the
artists of SL were there having a ball as usual. Marmaduke took some pictures
and you can see build on flickr here . http://www.flickr.com/photos/
You will love the exhibit and laugh at the situations
in which you will find yourself. Eupalinos told me the exhibit will be there
until the end of February.
