Interview With Sunweaver Leader Rita Mariner

 

Penny Shuftan recently had a chance to talk to Rita Mariner, the leader of the community of which the land is where the Newser office makes it's home. The "Chieftess" of the Sunweavers, as she calls herself, had a few things to say about the group, it's Relay team the Sunbeamers, and herself.

Recently. he had a chance to talk to Helvis Xue, the President, or "The Prez" of the Cobras MC. Helvis talked about how he came to Second Life, and a little about running the club.

Meanwhile Back in Azeroth: The New Horde Warchief

Yesterday when I wrote about World of Warcraft, I mentioned the current big event going on, the "Siege of Ogrimmar." The game has these kinds of events halfway between expansions, in which one of the villains meets his end. But this time the bad guy was the Horde Warchief Garrosh Hellscream. And like other bad guys (at least those whom everyone else agrees is a bad guy), he ends up defeated.

So the question is, who took his place? Yours truly had been hoping to find out himself in the game, but it's looking like only the toughest Warcraft players will be able to qualify for the "Downfall" raid. So doing a search, there was an article in PC Games.

Rita Mariner, Head of the Sunweavers

The Sunweaver Estates has a number of colorful personalities. This certainly includes their leader, Rita Mariner. Strong-willed and known for her friskiness in addition for her work in the Relay for Life, Rita keeps the Sunweaver's going, and can often be found either at her place on the Estates or Club Cutlass. Grease Coakes recently came across her, and she agreed to an interview.

Interview with Michi Lumin

In Second Life, one of the oldest communities is Luskwood, which is also the location of the oldest furry avatar company on the Grid. The four whom started the place, and company, are known as the founders. And probably the most popular of them is the skunkgirl in the top hat, Michi Lumin. Recently, Michi sat down for an interview, and talked about a number of subjects concerning Luskwood, the Grid over the years, and Linden Lab.
