Rayven Wolfmoon's Wild Wolves Club

 

After a break from activity, Rayven Wolfmoon (Rayven Avalira) is back as a venue owner in Second Life. Several years ago, she was the owner of the Primal Passions club, which was known for it's free-spirited parties and that the building was a well-designed castle. Now the castle is back under a new name, the Wild Wolves Club. There have been some changes, such as a breedable market in the vicinity. But like before the club offers the same free-spirited atmosphere in which people are encouraged to relax and release their wild side.

Primal Passions Closes

Some sad news for the residents of the Sunweaver/Angel Estates. Last week, the Primal Passions Club was closed. There was no announcement in the club's group, although the owner, Rayven Tentigo (Rayven Avalira), had earlier informed the Newser she would close the venue if numbers did not improve.

The Primal Passions Club, also known as Castle Primal Passions, first opened in November 2014. Rayven and her partner Coeles Tentigo offered the place as an adult-themed club were residents could feel free to indulge in erotic fantasies. In March 2015, the club was moved to the Sunweaver Estates. Besides it's regular events, there were several band tributes at the location, such as an AC/DC tribute that raised 30,000 Lindens for Team Sunweavers in the Relay for Life. Rayven was also the top model bid for in Nydia Tungsten's Angels Calendar Auction for 2015.  The castle would also be the scene for music video filming, as well as birthday parties. Twice it was the location for Nydia Tungsten's "Twisted Christmas" DJ events. The club had gotten praise over the months for it's design.

Despite these events, overall attendance just wasn't high enough. Now, just a bare spot exists where the castle once did. All that are left are the memories of the club that added to the history of the Sunweavcr Estates during the time it was here.

Events This Week at the Sunweaver Clubs

It's a new year, and a new week for events at the Sunweaver clubs. At Club Cutlass, the new year is run in with "Best in N," followed by things getting a little low with "The Low Life," and capping things off with the silk dresses in "Harem Nights." At the Happy Vixen, it's time for a little horsing around with "Ponies," followed by a little chicken and cheese with "Foxes vs Mice," and bouncing the end with "Leather and Latex."

Events This Week at the Sunweaver Clubs

It's a week of events at the Sunweaver clubs as we say goodbye to 2015 and ring in the New Year. At Cutlass, put your money where your mouth is in "Best in M," shake off those hangovers and lampshades on the head at "Day One" on New Years Day, and get your snow shovels for "Winter Work." At the Happy Vixen, it's a tribute to the progressive rock band "Yes" with "Yes Years," a New Year's Eve event, of which the details are still being worked out, and last but far from least, the SL Newser crew and fans take over the club for their "Christmas/New Years beach party."

Nydia Tungsten's "Twisted Christmas" Party

Thursday December 17 was the day Nydia Tungsten held her yearly Christmas party. But having got her start in Second Life as DJ "Naughty" Nydia, her party had a special twist. It would consist of comic and parody songs. Some were simply funny such as "Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer," and "Christmas at Ground Zero." Others had a bit of an edge to then, such as Shockwave Yarreach's parody "Grandma Got Knocked Up By a Reindeer." And some were so raunchy, we can't even print the names in a workplace-safe publication.

I will be doing a TWISTED CHRISTMAS event tomorrow  from 4 to 6 at Primal Passions, never heard of Naughty Nydia's Twisted Christmas? well lets just say it won't be a "hallmark moment" event  SEE YOU THERE!

The event went from 4 to 6 PM SL time at Rayven Tentigo's "Primal Passions" castle club. The event had originally been called the "Anti-Christmas Party" as a reaction to the over-commercialization of the Holiday to the point the spiritual side of the season was being forgotten. But it seems some people were confused by the event's name, and so Nydia changed it.

Besides the songs, there were a few frisky Christmas cartoons propped up (which we can't show). A number of people dropped by, including Shockwave just in time to hear his parody song, Lomgren Smalls in his signature microkitty avatar, Alleara Snoodle in a white doe avatar (nobody "doe"s it better), Nydia's real-life son Kody, and others.

I did chat with Rayven after the event. She reminded the Newser that the Primal Passions club is an active venue with several events a week and where adults can relax and have fun both during and after the part, the schedule can be found at http://primalpassionsclub.weebly.com/events.html (caution, not all of the pages linked to this one are workplace safe). A fun time was had by all in this chance to have a little cheeky fun with Christmas.

Nydia Tungsten on the "Anti-Christmas Party"

Tomorrow on December 17 at the Primal Passions Club at Sunweaver Bay (170, 215, 25), Nydia Tungsten will be DJing for the "Anti-Christmas" event, a dance party with a range of music parodies from mild to wild. But it seems there's been a bit of confusion about the event. So Nydia asked for a little time to explain.

Events This Week at the Sunweaver Clubs

It's another week of exciting events at the Cutlass Clubs. The alphabet themes continue with "I and J," followed by a little military action with "It's War!" and rounding things out on a fun note with "Winter Fun." The Happy Vixen has a salute to Japanese animation with "Anime Night" followed with a salute to sailors with "Navy Night," and then "Best in White." Come on over and have a little fun, and possibly win a prize.

It's a weekend of events at the Sunweaver and Angel clubs. At Club Cutlass, the Alphabet themes go to H... with "Best in H," then "Rock On," followed by things getting a little "Tacky." At the Happy Vixen, things get a little pixelated with "Videogames," then get a little groovy with "60s Night," followed by celebrating Thanksgiving a little early with "Pilgrims and Indians."

It's another week of events at the Sunweaver and Angel Clubs. At Club Cutlass, it's "Best in G," then they dress down with "Shorts and Ts," and relax with swimwear in "Life's a Beach." Speaking of beaches, the Happy Vixen has a little friendly rivalry with "Cats and Dogs," followed by it's tribute to Veterans, as well as police, firefighters, and medicals with "Best in Uniform," and what picture wouldn't be better than a Playboy Bunny as the club holds it's "Bunny Night."

Events This Week at the Sunweaver Clubs

It's a week full of events at the Sunweaver Clubs. The Happy Vixen is expanding it's hours to five days a week with the addition of Wednesday and Friday mornings. This week, the beach club has Halloween themes with Weird Science, Best in Black and Green, Best in Black, Villains, and of course the Halloween Party. But it still has it's beach party on Sundays. Cutlass is still going strong with it's Comedy Night, Best in Green, and it's own Halloween Party.

Birthday Party for Dusk Griswold and Skylark LeFavre

It was a double birthday celebration for two of the Sunweaver/Angels, Dusk Griswold and Skylark LeFavre. It was actually Dusk's Rezzday, or the anniversary of when she first came to the Grid, but it was called a birthday party for simplicity. First was the party at the Happy Vixen Beach Club in Purrfection Estates (236, 219, 24).

Come help us celebrate 2 birthdays, Skylark's RL Birthday and Dusk's Rez Day and we will be celebrating both today, come give the their gratz and hugs. DJ Naughty Nydia will be spinning the tunes for them with 80's genre and $500L's on the board....to start

And so for two hours, Nydia would play the tunes while Skylark, Dusk, and the rest of the crowd danced away. Perri Prinz, the tall bunnygirl, took a one day break from her hiatus from Second Life to celebrate with her friends.

The fun would continue later on that evening at Castle Primal Passions, with the owner Rayven Tentigo throwing a private party, complete with poledancers.

Skylark helps out with the events at the castle club and hangout as one of the managers, but this time it was her turn to sit and relax. The DJ cracked a few good natured jokes that included an "Elmer Fudd" laugh or two.

It was a happy celebration for the residents of the Sunweaver/Angels community.

"Kiss" Tribute Concert at Primal Passions for Post-Walk Relay Event

Although the Relay Walk is over, there are still some Relay for Life events taking place. One was the Kiss tribute concert at Castle Primal Passions in the Sunweaver Estates. Taking place Sunday July 26, it was held in front of a packed crowd, whom cheered on the hard rock musicians.

A Busy Weekend

With the Relay Walk over, some might expect that this weekend would have nothing going on. That was not the case. There continued to be Relay events after the walk. Team Strange Journey held a party at the Shadowmoon roleplay area. Castle Primal Passions held a music concert featuring a "Kiss" Tribute band with over 5,000 Lindens raised going to Team Sunbeamer. The Roma sims held a weekend festival with the Roman god Neptune as the theme, with a few water-related events.

There's always something going on, somewhere, in Second Life.
