Bay Sweetwater announced a few days ago that the Phaze Demesnes sim, owned by Ferd Frederix (Fred Beckhusen) and Wavingirlsav Voom (Debbie Edwards), would soon be closing. And with it will go a number of freebies out for the taking. By the time the writer got a good look at the place, it was too late to write much about it, but we should have more about the place later this week.
