Welcome to the Spoonful of Sugar Festival!  This Fall we bring to you the fourth of these very successful festivals for the benefit of MSF/Doctors Without Borders.  

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from healthcare. Second Life is a global community and with the help of Seraphim, T1 Radio, AIM and ModeLS Magazine, we will come together to celebrate the world wide movement of Médecins Sans Frontières with an entire two weeks of parties, events, and fund raising running September 15 - September 30, 2018.
