 Taken at the CDS Inaugural Ball. Tuk-Tuks, also known as auto-rickshaws, were given out to people. This three-wheeled vehicle with characteristics of motor scooters and small cars can go in places it's larger four-wheeled counterparts can't. That might come in handy at times.
