Veterans Isle Raises Over 135,000 Lindens For HFOT

 

On Sunday October 5,  Veterans Isle hosted a concert to raise money for Homes For Our Troops, a charity dedicated to improving and building homes for disabled veterans. Organized by Frets Nirvana, the event would raise a total of 135,926 Linden dollars. 

 

The event was scheduled to go from 2 to 6 PM SL time. But the 5 to 6PM event was canceled.  

 

Veterans Isle normally has a fundraiser for the charity about once a month, often on the first weekend of the month (though not always). The next event will be in early November.
