Raglan Shire Artwalk Starts Today

Raglan Shire is known for many things. It's best known for it's fun-loving community of "tinies," but that is not all. They have events every month. And the best known of their annual events is the Raglan Shire Artwalk. This art festival is open not only to local artists, but any across Second Life whether tiny or "biggie," as they call full-sized avatars.

This year, more than 150 artists across the Grid are taking part in the Artwalk. Across four sims, one will find paintings, drawings, photography, SL screenshots, digital art, 3D sculptures, and other examples of art. The event goes on for five weeks from Sunday May 13th until Sunday June 17th. The event is a "non-judged exhibition," so there are no prizes. Some of the art may be for sale, but the event is aimed at giving artists a chance to show off their talent.
