Last Day For the SL19B: Update - Sims Up Until June 10

For those who have spent little to no time at the Second Life Birthday sims, or a regular who wants to see the area one more time, today is the last day to do so. Late tonight, the grounds will close to the public.

If you're not sure where to start, pick a place listed on the Destination Guide at : https://secondlife.com/destinations/sl19b/sl19b_community . Or you can start at the Newser's exhibit  at SLB Imagination (187/52/23).

*Update* The Lab extended the time the sims will be open to Sunday July 10.

  1. Honestly, the exhibitions and event-areas should stay longer ... maybe 2 months.
I don't expect events that time, but to visit them right, it's much to less time.
At the begin of the SLB I was have by self not that much time to make a visit, but that time is usual the (awesome surely) Music-Fest running, so if you are deeply in the event, you also not have that much time for visiting.
I was only capture all of them from the street, barely enter the parcels, rarely playing with the stuff and mostly not take care for the details, the informations and so ... and it was a hurry (if you are not accidentally in the holidays).

The Sims cost now surely money, too ... but since the cloud-upgrade, it not need to be bought and run a specialized server for it.
The Shop&Hop is ok, if it's shorter limited (it's 4 weeks, if I am right, what is ok) ... about fairness and also is maybe is additional work (and about the discounts a more less income) for the owners.
The Exhibit ... why not let it 2 months? There not need to be (much) maintenance ... no events and so on.
