Shopping, for better or worse, has been a big part of the modern Christmas celebration. And today, Thursday December 8, one of the larger shopping events in Second Life, the 2022 Holiday Shop and Hop, opens to the general public. The doors open to all at 9AM SL time.
The event boasts 320 stores in 16 sims. The Linden blog also states the items are discounted at least 20% from their regular price and either a free gift for shoppers (regardless of being in the merchant's group or not) or a 300 Linden dollar (or higher) gift certificate.
