United Artists of Second Life
With the Linden Endowment of the Arts, or LEA, fading away, a few people or groups have been stepping up to help fill the void. Among them is the United Artists of Second Life gallery, or UASL. Newser writer Marcel Mosswood recently met with the group's founder and manager Riannah Avora. Riannah explained she had been among those trying to stop the folding of the LEA. When it was clear that wasn't happening, she started UASL to help out artists in the virtual world.
Read Marcel's story in Design.
