Tiny Carolers and North Pole Village

Gemma's search for Christmas places took a fun turn when she came across some tiny carolers from Raglan Shire, going from place to place to spread "Wootmas" cheer.  After all the Riverdancing was done, she headed to Christmas at North Pole Village & Santa's Workshop. There, she explored the picturesque town where the elves lived when not making toys, which even had it's own newspaper.

North Pole And The "Christmas Express" at Caledon Downs

Christmas is coming to the Caledon community. At Caledon Downs, residents can visit the North Pole where they can see the toy workshops and sample a few goodies. How to get there? There's a train called the "Christmas Express." But this is a very special train: it actually flies! Cynthia Farshore showed me around the place and the train.

North Pole Village

With only ten days left until the big day, Gemma Cleanslate's exploration of Christmas-themed places took her to a place that kids will think of when the holiday comes to mind: North Pole Village. Gemma looked around, seeing where the cookies and toys are made, the elves dormitory, and a peek at the jolly old elf himself.

Winter at Devon Dream

Safra Nitely, a friend of the SL Newser, recently invited me to drop by her sim of Devon Dream. She had been giving the ground area a Winter wonderland look for her friends and anyone else who wanted to come and see. Besides looking pretty, the place has interactive rides, a dance area for parties, and a few merchant stalls Safra is offering for free to anyone interested.

To The North Pole

Gemma Cleanslate's travels to Christmas-themed locations took her to a place just about every kid who's heard of Santa Claus dreams of going: the North Pole. Gemma looked around, seeing the reindeer stalls, Santa's workshop, Santa's office, Mrs. Claus' kitchen, and more. And of course there were Santa, Mrs. Claus, and the elves.

Santa's Workshop

Becky "Sha" Shamen's explorations across Second Life took her to a Christmas-themed place: "Santa's Workshop." At this depiction of where St. Nick and his elves make their toys to give to children, there's much to see from the coal mine to Elf Comm Central to Elfementary school. And there's also a hunt where one can find up to twelve gifts from Santa to take home.
