Taking a look at the map over Raglan Shire, I noticed something over the Raglan Galaxy sim. Instead of the usual greenery, there was a sim-sized sign with an image of a stage with curtains and spotlights with the caption "We haz talent." It's no secret the community of tiny avatars has no shortage of talented builders and scripters. Though this looks like something for an event either here or elsewhere.
This kind of funnery with the map has been done before. The reasons have ranged from general funnery to get some laughs, advertising a yearly event, or just wishing people happy holidays.
So what does this mean? To be continued.
This is actually the sign from last November; November being the month when the Raglan Tinies traditionally held the annual Talent Show. However, SL has not updated he map view since then. (Another artifact of the move to the Cloud, perhaps?) So what you need to do is teleport to the Raglan Galaxy Space Station, walk outside, and jump off into space. Be prepared to fly once you drop below the planet - and you'll see the actual current sign.
