The Buddha Garden

 
It's August, and things in Second Life are slowing down some after the SL Birthday and Summer Burn. So Gemma Cleanslate was looking for a place that was relaxing. She came across the Buddha Garden. This area has many places to relax from beaches to waterfalls to a dining area, and of course temples.

Nirvana Island


Becky "Sha" Shamen's explorations took a slightly different path recently. Looking for a place for relaxation and tranquility, she came across Nirvana Island. Located in New Paris, the place offers spots for meditation and relaxation. But there's more, such as homes for newcomers, a nightclub, and discussions and other events every day.

Among the more popular places to meditate in Second Life is Tempura Island. Having recently celebrated it's fifth anniversary, the location continues to attract many visitors and regulars. Gemma Cleanslate went to a new art exhibit in the Linden Endowment of the Arts sims. Made by artist Secret Rage, Gemma found the place ideal to pause and reflect. The artist also had a certain message about her beliefs.
