Taken at Firestorm's Halloween Party

For those looking for a new place to game, Grey Lupindo took a look at a combat roleplay sim: The Nexus Core System RP sim, owned by BioBlaze Payne and Silicon Plunket. Led by a team of builders and roleplayers with years of experience in Second Life, the group behind the game and sim numbers in the thousands. Gray took a look at both the beautifully designed village and countryside, in addition to the game taking place there. This included getting her hands dirty with whacking a few troublesome critters.
About two years ago for Second Life Newspaper, I wrote about the Naruto roleplay at the Kohona "Hidden Leaf" Village in the Shinobi sim. It was an RP with a sizeable group, where they could practice combat in and out of the game, or just hang out in places on neutral ground. There was also a large martial arts shopping area that catered to both those in and out of the area.
TO all Konohanians. Konoha has a very proud and inventive mass of villagers, friends, lovers, dreamers, etc. For most of us, we have seen this Village go from amazing, to bad, to good, to worse, etc. This village has been open for nearly 5 years, and in SL time, that seems like a century. We think its time for a change in scenery.
How would you like to be part of a community of ninjas? You could run combat missions, or if you feel you’re better at building things for your teammates than fighting you can do that too. Bioblaze Payne’s upcoming NCS2 promises to offer some crafting features one would find only in a Massive Online Multiplayer outside Second Life. His new Iwagakure Village also offers much as a new roleplay setting.
