Welcome to the Healthful Aging Through Lifelong Learning Conference - a seven-day event designed to educate, entertain and get your brain cells working in multiple worlds!

The Ageless Mind Project is pleased to announce the Healthful Aging Through Lifelong Learning Conference a seven-day event designed to educate, entertain and get your brain cells working in multiple worlds! The conference will feature professionals from a variety of disciplines, including neuroscientists, psychologists, musicians, artists, medical professionals, educators, authors, and game developers, and is designed to:

1. Present science-based insights into the aging process

2. Offer proactive, holistic ways to achieve wellbeing.

3.. Give participants first-hand experience of new and innovative tools, environments, and approaches to healthful aging.

Annoucement: Inspiration Island Appreciation Week , August 9-16

Join us for a very special INSPIRATION ISLAND APPRECIATION WEEK FROM AUGUST 9-16.

Over 30 volunteers will be hosting programs that reflect the hopeful words of our logo: INSPIRE    INNOVATE   INTERACT   CHANGE

Our goal, since we began in Second Life in 2013, has been to offer a wide choice of immersive personal experiences to increase the well-being of everyone's mind, body, and spirit.

Our programs and parcels focus on the key life domains of self-care, social connections, strengthening of meaning and purpose, cognitive challenge, and creative self-expression in many forms.

You can show your support now for WHOLE BRAIN HEALTH by
1) joining us at these programs over Appreciation Week
2) answering an anonymous survey to give us helpful feedback
3) making even a small donation to the island as a tangible sign of your appreciation
