 "24 people on the RFL victory sim now. Also... VERY adult music. Oh! It was R*****'s fault, not the live band. At the highest point there were 33 people on the sim, I looked at the map and more and more people seem to be gathering and starting events by themselves."

Taken by Henning "The Cutie" Lionheart. In the sci-fi area at RFL Victory was a prop residents could pose behind and stick their heads out to appear as dancing girls. It's fair to assume the maker didn't take into mind three mischievous wolves.

At The Relay Rap, Relay Weekend

Before the Relay Weekend was officially underway yesterday, there was a special session of the Relay Rap, a broadcasted chat about the Relay for Life in Second Life by T-1 Radio and Trader Whiplash at 7AM. There were a few guests invited to speak, the Giant Snail Races organizer RacerX Gullwing, noted interviewer and informative machinima director Draxtor Despress, and yours truly SL Newser editor and head reporter Bixyl Shuftan

I was asked a few questions, such as a favorite early memory of the Relay for Life in Second Life. What stood out for me was my first good look at the Passionate Redheads team and it's Wild Wild West camp. T-1 Radio's location is in the sci-fi looking area of RFL Victory.

The Opening Ceremonies started at 10AM, and at 11 the Survivors/Caregivers lap, and 12:30 the team lap, and at 2PM the various themed laps. This included a "Game of Thrones" theme for the first time.

The Relay Weekend continues today, so be sure to come by if your computer can handle it.
