For Halloween fans, one of the biggest shopping events of the year is about to arrive: The October Shop and Hop. Organized by Linden Lab, this event covers 20 sims, and boasts 400 merchants offering their goods.
- Creators will give a 20% or more discount on items and all of them will have a free (non-group) gift for shoppers
- Second Life Birthday Group will get early access to the event on Thursday, October 3rd at 9am PT onwards.
- The event is open to the public from Friday, October 4th at 9am PT through November 3rd.

The event officially begins at 9AM tomorrow, Friday October 4, though those in the Shop and Hop group can access a day early. You can chose which sim to appear in from this list in the Destination Guide (link), or check out a list of the stores at the end of this blog post (link).
