From Pearl Astor Winchester on October 26 2025, "This track carries a quiet ache — nostalgia, sadness, longing, and the weight of waiting.
It was shaped by that familiar Second Life moment when you care deeply for someone, you wait, you hope… and yet nothing ever arrives. Not days, not months — sometimes, not even after years.
The inspiration came from a Japanese sim during Halloween 2025, where the atmosphere felt suspended between memory and reality. It reminded me of the people I’ve met in SL:
those who have been betrayed again and again, yet still hold on to the same hope, the same dream, even when truth is already in front of them.
Listeners should imagine that quiet space inside yourself —
the one where old sadness lives,
where past hurts whisper,
where the fear of slipping back into depression feels too close.
But within that space, this track reminds us of one thing:
take care of yourself dearly.
Sometimes the kindest thing we can do is simply… let go."
