Aech's Basement in Second Life


Even if a resident of Second Life hasn't seen the movie "Ready Player One," he or she has probably heard about it as it takes place in a high-tech immersive virtual world. One fan of the movie and book, Orion (OR10NN Resident), decided to build one of the scenes high above Foulds Cross. Highly detailed, the room is full of all kinds of 1980s nostalgia. Bixyl Shuftan recently had a few words with the builder.

Press Release: "Talking Science: Space Plane or Capsule?"




Last Friday, NASA flew their new space capsule: Orion's Exploration Flight 1 (EFT-1) was picture-perfect. It looks like Apollo, flies like Apollo, and even landed like Apollo in the Pacific Ocean.
