Christmas Markets
Christmas means many things. There's friends and family coming together, the winter activities, the Christmas trees and lights, the church services and manger displays. And then there's the activity of Christmas in the past century, the shopping. While Second Life's residents can shop on Marketplace, there's no shortage of places to shop inworld. Some of these places to do one's Christmas shopping are nice to look at and visit as well. Gemma Cleanslate took a look at a few of them.

Winter at Devon Dream
Safra Nitely, a friend of the SL Newser, recently invited me to drop by her sim of Devon Dream. She had been giving the ground area a Winter wonderland look for her friends and anyone else who wanted to come and see. Besides looking pretty, the place has interactive rides, a dance area for parties, and a few merchant stalls Safra is offering for free to anyone interested.
