So why would an appetizing stack of waffles with butter and syrup need a sign that says, "These are not eating waffles. Really. Eeew, eeew, yuky. Don't touch them." Well, anyone familiar with Raglan Shire's tinies know the wee folk there go bonkers over waffles. So why would the stack be there? Well, maybe as a trap for the Fairlands "pawlice"to nab people for the Faire's "Jail and Bail" events.

RFL Announcement: Leprechaun Trap Contest!

Can you build the best leprechaun trap in SL?
Can it REALLY catch a tricky leprechaun so he'll give you a pot of gold?

The Dream Team is challenging you as teams or individuals to create the perfect leprechaun trap to catch our mischievous leprechaun and win his pot of gold for their RFL team or team of choice if not affiliated with a team.

There will be two categories in the individual and team competitions. They are working and non-working traps. A working trap is one that if you push a button or touch it, things actually move and the trap will close. A non-working trap is one that is set up but doesn't actually work, however, you can see what the process would be.

Rules:

1. All traps must fit on a 7.5m X 10m platform. There is no restriction on height.

2. End piece of trap must fit over a pot that will be given to you at the contest. The pot will be approximately 1.25m X 1.25m X 1m.

3. If you are going to have steps in your trap, there should be no more than 7.

4. You must register as either an individual or team and working or non-working before 3/15/22 at https://forms.gle/PV6hYZG3e5fQtCh18.

5. Pay 500L to the kiosk the day of the event as a participation fee.

How to Win:

1. Voting will take place during the day by linden collection into dual kiosks for your team and Dream Team.

2. The highest kiosk totals in:
    Individual Non-Working
    Individual Working
    Team Non-Working
    Team Working
    will receive 2500L towards their team totals!

Brandi Streusel, the owner of "Brandi's Intimates," is best known for her line of undergarments, earning her store the nickname "Brandi's Panties." But she's been making more than that. At the Happy Vixen, she recently demonstrated her "AFK Live Trap."

Tired of patrons AFKing in your club? 

Have a little fun with them by placing them in a live trap. 

Trap door swings shut but only the owner can release the victim. 

Comes with its own a piece of cheese bait or replace it with any bait you so desire to lure them in.

Intended for use at a club as a good-natured prank on those who go away from the keyboard unannounced, the trap can be used anywhere the owner has rezz rights. The cage can be placed on top of someone, but only the owner can open the door. Of course, the person inside can just teleport right out, but it's intended for those AFK, as the title suggests. Although the trap has a piece of cheese inside, one can replace it with some other kind of "bait" such as coins or swimsuit issue magazines.

The cage comes in two sizes, small and large, for the low prices of 25 and 50 Lindens.

Ghostbusters Sim

Grease Coakes recently heard about a sim and "light RP' in Second Life, "Slime Square." There, fans of the movie, or those looking for an action-filled game, can get a proton pack and zap n' trap the spectral denziens. Grease talked to the owner of the place, and engaged in a little of the Ghostbusting action.
