Sunweaver Eclipse Closed to Flight Traffic

On Friday night, Shockwave Yareach announced in the Sunweaver Group. The Sunweaver Eclipse sim was being closed to air traffic.

NOTICE TO AIRMEN

Airspace in (Sunweaver) Eclipse is closed due to rocket testing in the sea.  Rockets will launch at random times.  As this is testing new engines and new control systems, said rockets are unpredictable.  It is not outside the realm of possibility that a rocket could impact a passing aircraft.

Avoid airspace if at all possible.

When questioned in group if he was testing missiles, Shock responded, "Prototype shuttle engines.  Navigation is still wonky -- thinks passing planes are bonus points." He would tell me it was still open to boat and foot traffic, but watching out for falling objects was advised, "Travel at your own Risk.  Insurance is available at the airport - pay in advance."

Sunweaver Eclipse is also known as Shockwave's Retreat, which has one railroad stop, a jetski rezzer, a memorial to departed Sunweavers, and the lair of the community's local rocket scientist.
