Hurricane Earl is brushing up against the east coast of the United States, and heavy winds are being felt many miles inland. There is a possibility power could be knocked out for a while. With Hurricane Isabel, some places were out for a week or longer.So don't be surprised if the updates come to a stop. If so, they'll return when power does.
We've had newspaper parties on the first weekend every month this summer. But with the hurricane, it's postponed. Next weekend is also out as it's 9/11. Our farewell to summer party will be sometime on the weekend of Sept 18-19th.
